Hi — we’ve deployed some changes to our session management that are causing some users to have issues when trying to log in.
These issues are easily fixed by clearing the cookies in your browser. Instructions on how to do this are here:
It may be that you are seeing “Sign in” instead of your username at the top of the page. If this is the case, click the “Sign in” link. If this then puts your username back at the top of the page, hover over that and click to “Sign out”. This should sign you out, leaving you able to sign back in again.
