Some contact the user emails have not been sending for the past week.

Hi — we’ve been alerted to the fact that some contact emails have not been going through in the last week. Upon investigation, we’ve discovered that this is due to changes introduced when we upgraded our web server stack a week ago.
We’re currently working on a fix for this, and expect normal contact emails to resume working within the hour. Once the fix is out, people should start receiving their contact emails as usual. You should also receive any emails that you missed for the duration of the problem.
We’re really sorry for any inconvenience caused by this, and hope that it hasn’t greatly put anybody out.
I’ll keep you posted here about progress on this, and in the meantime, thanks for bearing with us.
